We created this Privacy Policy to let you know how we are a Data Controller: how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process your (each, a “User”) personal information, as well as your rights in determining what we do with the information that we collect or hold about you when you access the Data Conductor websites (collectively, the “Site”). As well as where we are a Data Processor: when we process your data through our systems into Looker Studio.
The Data Conductor Site and all related Services are provided by (or on behalf of), Data Conductor, a Georgia corporation, and its corporate partners (collectively, "Data Conductor”, “us”, “we”, “our”).
Privacy and Security as Data Processor
This section is a summary of our commitments to you where we are a Data Processor (when we process your data through our systems into Google Looker Studio).
Data Conductor does not access or store any Google user data beyond the authenticated user's email address. All other data remains within Looker Studio and is retrieved in real-time via official APIs. We do not collect or persist user content such as emails, files, messages, or analytics data from Google services.
Privacy and Security as Data Controller
Information Collected
When you visit our Sites, we collect two types of information: personal information you give us and usage information automatically collected as you browse our Sites.
This privacy policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third-party websites, services, applications, online resources to which this Site may link or otherwise reference (collectively “Third Party Services” or “TPS”) that you may access through the Services. We only obtain information from your TPS account that you specifically authorize and grant us permission to obtain.

Data Conductor participates in behavioral-based advertising. That advertising may appear either on the Site, or on other websites.
Data obtained from Google APIs is never used for behavioral advertising, ad targeting, profiling, or training machine learning models.

How We Use Personal Information
Data Conductor collects and uses the Data to operate the Site and Services supplied upon signing up to the Service. The User’s personal information may be used for the following purposes:
Sharing Of Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
Google user data obtained via API integrations is never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, and is only used to fulfill requested data visualizations within Looker Studio.
We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
Data Use and Transfer
Data Conductor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For more information, please refer to Google API Services User Data Policy.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. You acknowledge and agree that no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. You agree to take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Children’s Privacy
Use of the Services is only available to individuals who are of legal age to contract in their applicable jurisdiction. The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. Upon request Data Conductor will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Data. To keep your Personal Data accurate, current, and complete, please contact us as specified below on “Contact Us ”section, or contact your data controller. We will take reasonable steps to update or correct and delete Personal Data in our possession that you have previously submitted via the Services or that the data controller has provided to us, but in all cases within the requirements specified by applicable law.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customers. Data Conductor will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you wish to subscribe to our marketing communications, we will use your name and email address to send communications to you. You may elect to stop receiving our marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such emails, or you may contact us at support@dataconductor.io.
