By accessing or using Data Conductor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including agencies, businesses, and individuals.
2. Description of Service
Data Conductor provides data connectors that allow users to pull advertising data from third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads) into Data Studio for reporting and analysis. We do not store your advertising data — we act as a pass-through between your ad platforms and Data Studio.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is published on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled. You will not be charged during the trial period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission; (e) use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code.
7. Third-Party Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, data availability, or platform policies that may affect the Service.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Data Conductor. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Conductor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
